地震に強いTIP工法−工務店の勧めで何気なく採用したけど、耐震性も然ることながら、合板を殆ど使ってなくて通気性もよさそう。	大黒柱を磨く−大方の予想通り、カビは深く浸透していたため、上棟式の前にカンナで削ることになった。後は予算の都合上、施主自らサンダーで仕上げることに。
Quake-Resistant TIP Method−We liked the fact that it does not rely on plywood to achieve high resistance to shear stress.	DIY−Mold on the central pillar was so deep that it had to be planed off before installation. To cut cost, we decided to do sanding and polishing by ourselves.

オリジナル･システムとなるか？−通常なら、銅プレートの上に直にフローリングを貼るのだが、遠赤外線効果で家中がくまなく暖まるよう、セピオライト、セラミック炭、カキ殻等を入れた層を作る。「うらら」のメーカーは、熱効率が悪くなるといい顔しなかったけど、さて、吉と出るか凶と出るか･･･	げた箱を作る棟梁−「い〜い仕事」をしてくれるんですが、恥ずかしがってカメラの方を向いてくれません。
Will it Work? −Normally, flooring is laid directly over the copper plates.
